Sterilize: Flame sterilize a razor or knife, then allow it to cool.

Slice: Cut a small “X” on the side of the bag where you want your mushrooms to fruit.

Select: Place the chamber top back on and choose “Pink Oyster” from the Lykyn App.

When It’s Ready to Harvest
Your Pink Oysters are ready when:

How to Harvest
Use clean hands or a knife to gently twist or cut the entire cluster away from the block at the base. Avoid damaging the remaining mycelium so it can regrow for additional flushes.
