Under typical indoor conditions, color choice is mostly aesthetic. Black can absorb a bit more radiant heat in direct sun, but indoors this is negligible. What matters is controlled humidity, airflow, and light — which the device manages. Choose the color that suits your space.
Between cycles: wipe interior surfaces with 70% isopropyl alcohol and rinse the exhaust spore filter if visibly laden. Every few cycles: empty and clean the reservoir and do a deeper wipe-down. Periodically replace the HEPA intake filter.
