How to report a security issue

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in a Lykyn chamber, the Lykyn app or lykyn.com, please email info@lykyn.com. Include a description of the issue, the product and the firmware or app version, and the steps to reproduce it.

What happens next

We will acknowledge your report within 5 business days, keep you updated on our progress at least every 30 days, and let you know when the issue has been resolved.

Good-faith research

We will not take legal action against anyone who reports a vulnerability to us in good faith, does not access or change data beyond what is needed to demonstrate the issue, and gives us reasonable time to fix it before any public disclosure.

Security updates

Lykyn chambers receive software updates over Wi-Fi. We will provide security updates for the Lykyn Smart Mushroom Grow Box (models LY1W01, LY1B01, LY2W01 and LY2B01) until at least 31 December 2029.
