These terms apply when you use lykyn.com or buy from it. The store is run by Swayfish LLC ("Lykyn", "we", "us"). Lykyn chambers are made in Türkiye by Swayfish Teknoloji A.Ş., which can appear as the shipper on carrier and customs documents. By placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

1. Who can order

You need to be at least 18 years old, or of legal age where you live, to place an order. Orders on lykyn.com are for personal use. For retail or distributor orders, please write to info@lykyn.com first.

2. Our products

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colors can look different on screen, and some photos show optional accessories. Grow times and harvests depend on the fruiting block, the species, the water you use and your room, so the figures on our site describe typical results and are not a guarantee.

Setting up the Lykyn app needs a smartphone with Bluetooth and a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. We update the app and the chamber firmware to fix problems and add features, so features can change over time.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your country or region. Shipping costs and any taxes we collect are shown at checkout before you pay. We charge your payment method when you place the order. If a price on our site is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after we have confirmed it.

4. Orders

After you order, we send you a confirmation by email. We may cancel an order, for example when an item is out of stock or cannot be shipped to your address, or when a payment looks fraudulent. If we cancel, we refund everything you paid for the cancelled items.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship to the countries available at checkout. Delivery dates on our site are estimates. International parcels can take longer because of customs clearance.
Chambers, fruiting blocks and accessories can ship separately and from different locations, so you may receive more than one tracking number.
Fruiting blocks and liquid cultures are living products. Plant health and import rules stop us from sending them to many countries outside the United States. If an item in your order cannot be delivered to your country, we tell you and refund that item.
If a parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us. Our Refund Policy explains what we do.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy explains how to cancel an order, return an item and get a refund. It is part of these terms. Cancellations and returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee as set out in the Refund Policy. The fee does not apply where the law gives you a fee-free right of withdrawal. If you live in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. The Refund Policy explains how to use it.

7. Warranty

Lykyn chambers come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a part fails, we replace it, or the whole chamber when needed, at no cost to you, shipping included. To make a claim, email info@lykyn.com with your order number, a short description and photos or a video. We may first ask you to try a few troubleshooting steps.

The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, unauthorized repairs or changes, or normal wear. It does not cover fruiting blocks, liquid cultures or filters. This warranty comes on top of your rights under consumer law. In the European Union, for example, you have a two-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty at delivery.

8. Safe and lawful use

The chamber runs on 5V USB power. It ships with USB cables but without a wall adapter. Use a standard 5V 1A or 5V 2A USB adapter that meets the safety rules where you live.
Use the chamber indoors, as described in our setup guides, and keep it away from small children and pets.
Lykyn is made for growing legal culinary and functional mushrooms. You are responsible for following the laws where you live about what you grow.
Only eat mushrooms grown from a known, labeled culture. If a mushroom looks or smells wrong, do not eat it. Some people react to mushrooms or their spores.

9. Our content

The text, photos, videos and designs on this site belong to the Swayfish companies or to the people who licensed them to us. The Lykyn name and logo are trademarks of the Swayfish companies. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. Any other use needs our written permission.

10. Reviews and photos

If you post a review or photo on our site, you confirm that it is your own and you allow us to show it on our site and product pages. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or not about our products.

11. Other websites

Our site links to other services, such as app stores and social networks. We do not control them, and their own terms apply.

12. Our liability

We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost data, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. If you are a consumer living in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country, and you can bring a claim in the courts where you live. If something goes wrong, please email info@lykyn.com first. Most problems can be solved that way.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
